Cool redesign! The subtle blue highlights are a neat touch and I love the little fleeing people, it really adds a sense of scale to the piece. One thing you might consider is that if she's in the middle of a burning city, the red/orange light from the flames would create a secondary light source that would cause some red highlights on her. Great work though!
