Gives you a selection of portraits in character creation, ALREADY USED BY CHARACTERS IN THE GAME! Genius!Just a quick piece of art to add to the scope of my collection. If I hadn't played Warcraft Reign of Chaos, I would have given up trying to figure out how to play this game, and I was left behind with what on earth was going on. It became a great game though and I finished it, and wish they would make a sequel.
PS: If I do any future comics for Baldur's Gate that I should leave my Bhaalspawn stuck looking like Imoen's twin sister for comedy's sake?
PPS: I am sorry that it is not as detailed or shaded as my other oictures, but I was leaving on holiday and wanted to get this uploaded before I left, so I had to rush it a little.

They didn't make a sequel, but there's more games like it. Funny comic at any rate.

A sequel to Baldurs Gate? Of course they did! I wouldn't draw a comic on a game if I hadn't been through at least a significant portion of it.
BG2: Shadows of Amn is anΒ RPG classic, more famous than the first, and my dad played it in the nineties, (it's one of his favorite games of all time,) and I have completed it myself. It's great! You can even get on the app store for a good price. You should definately get it you like the first one. Pillars of Eternity has nothing on it.

I meant no sequel to BG2 as the title of your artwork is "Baldur's Gate 2". That one I know about. Quite frankly I didn't even list the first that much. Lost my copy of BG2 some years ago - probably when moving - but bought the EE 2 years ago during a Steam sale and then replayed it.
So yes everyone should get BG2 
PoE I was never that hyped about, since as far as I am concerned the RT combat of BG2 was the worst aspect of it. Old-school isometric party based combat needs turn based for proper tactics. That's why I already played through Divinity OS, am currently playing Wasteland 2 and only got PoE at this winter sale, when Bundlestore offered an additional 10% voucher on top of the "normal" 60%. Hope I'll be proven wrong about the combat, but it's been the least important of the 3 new-old

This is a great comic by the way.
Really cuts to the heart of the matter.
(Though in the first game it would give the original holder of the portrait one of the crappy spares instead.)
