Thanks! Well At least im sure the softwares we use are quite similar. I used autodesk maya for most of the background. What do you use?

Dogwaffle Professional, Paint.Net and MS paint.
Dogwaffle is by no means Maya or any sort of 3D program, but I can easily simulate those trees and 3D objects in it through texture sampling. I also do all of my shading in that program, which would appear similar to the shading you have done here.
Paint.net is just for layering and paint for lineart.
