This is my updated take on one of MrEtsam 's characters. This version appeared in a dream of mine.

The dream saw our protagonist befriend an airheaded coworker. Said coworker-turned-friend invited our protagonist to a family gathering, completely oblivious to his family's demon-worshipping cult. When the true intention of the gathering began to be revealed, our protagonist, his friend, and his friend's pregnant cousin-in-law barely managed to escape. The resulting injuries required our protagonist to tend to his wounds, wrapping his arms in rags before deciding to do the same with his face, becoming this world's Ragman, a self-destructive figure cursed in order to do good.

I've updated the previous micro to better fit MrEtsam 's proper design for Ragman, so this is this Ragman further along his transformation, complete with his ominous yellow eyes. Subtle touches, but I think worth revisiting the micro, and always fun to approach this character!
