i know that,but zero even as a virus wasΒ created to be on a higher level than a navi so instead of being a hulking monster like nebula grey or duo,and more like bas or...whats the name of that androginous undernet navy? (im sorry i forgot,it being ages since i played BN)

Not me, considering Zero in Network Transmission was a virus and not a Net Navi, I liked how they gave him a design that made him more virus looking. Because that's what he was at first, the "Zero Virus".

Thank you. Many people are forgetting about this detail in particular. I like this design a lot, but forgetting or ignoring the purpose of the original is just silly.

More virus looking?
He has boots, arms and form of a netnavi, arm-blade just like other net navi and emblem just like any other navi.
Zero.EXE is meant to be menacing compared to the original counterpart. Nowhere in its design I see Zero.EXE as virus looking.

His humanoid shape isn't that far off from a few humanoid viruses, so that argument is invalid.
Also, Zero was an advanced virus, therefore his design should make him stand out among the virus, while not quite Navi.

its a fusion of megaman.exe zero aka the one from network transmission and the zero from the megaman x series just like the title points out in the most blarringly obvious way

Well original Zero.exe was very close in look to X style, this is just making him way closer than ever before, actually this could be him after being turned from virus into a realΒ NetNavi

Thx, anyways wan't that much into network seiries but got some info of it, anyways would really like to see how my idea for new Zero's look could look as a graphic not only my idea, but oh well, don't have founds for comissions
