Well, TF Animate actually, the entire eye's inner parts glowing blue (Autobot) or red (Decepticon). That's about it.

I like how the color scheme aplied here makes the design look like a homage to G1 Powerglide or Armada Jolt^-^.

So the Iris is meant to be glow in color, then is the pupil meant to be black or glowing white?

Well the whole eye should be glowing, the iris more brightly than the pupil.
