Oh, dear, Funimation is going to ruin Astro Boy by doing a new dub that adds their political agendas into the stories.

Who must they get their dirty hands on this as well as Robotech?

Thank god it seems like they only gotten the Streaming rights as the main video rights still belong to Nozomi Entertainment (Right Stuf's anime label)

I do think Funimation has gotten a bit too big and even before they gotten worse, they already screwed DBZ fans over with those terriable cropped and DVNRed to death Orange Brick boxsets, when they should had licensed the Japanese Dragon Box transfers from the start, they did eventually license the Japanese trasfers but by then, it was too late as they already released their last Orange brick.

The only anime licensors I support are Sentai Filmworks, Nozomi Entertainment, Discotek, and AnimEigo

That's good to hear.  Also, they fired Vic over a jellybean joke by making false accusation of sexual misconduct and their VAs were even caught doing stuff with the DBZ characters they voiced that Toei did not approve of.

Plus, it does not help they disrespect their fans.

Sounds like I'll never be buying any Funimation DVD/Blus again (Only really bought like 2 releases from them thank god)

If there's any show that I do want to own on BluRay/DVD that Funimation licensed, I would just import the actual Japanese BluRay/DVD for collecting,(Give money directly to the studios in Japan) and watch the Fansubbed version online.

Too bad Japanese DVD/BluRays are so expensive compared to other countries. (Only Imported Japanese release I own so far is the recent 4k remastered version of Ghost in the Shell)
