I heard of Herman and Katnip. I prefer Tom and Jerry over Herman and Katnip way more. In fact, I even prefer Pixie and Dixie and Mr. Jinks over Herman and Katnip. You prefer Tom & Jerry over Herman & Katnip too? You heard of Pixie and Dixie and Mr. Jinks? It about two gray mice getting by an orange cat with a light blue bowtie. They've created by the creators of Tom & Jerry, Bill Hanna and Joe Barbera. Pixie and Dixie and Mr. Jinks have moreΒ dialogueΒ and less violence than Tom & Jerry.Β

You probably also prefer Pixie and Dixie and Mr. Jinks as well too. You know that they've happened to created by the creators of Tom & Jerry, Bill Hanna and Joe Barbera. I found Herman and Katnip to be a lame rip-off of Tom & Jerry. Also Tom & Jerry is way more popular and notice than Herman and Katnip.Β

famous studious was never really popular as WB,MGM,and disney so they just made rip-offs of cartoons from those studios. I don't think they never did succseed at it. I'm surprised they didn't get sued

Yeah. It's a surprised that they didn't get sued for ripping off of characters from different studios. They think it will be more famous and popular by doing that, but they've ultimately failed. You know Pixie and Dixie and Mr. Jinks? They're a low budget version of Tom & Jerry with less violent and moreΒ dialogue. They happened to be created by the creators of Tom and Jerry. Probably when Hanna and Barbera got from MGM in the late 1950's, they probably didn't take Tom & Jerry with them. When they created their cartoon studio, they've alsocreated a new version of Tom & Jerry but two gray mice and an orange cat. It almost like when Walt Disney and Ub Iwerks lost the rights of Oswald the Lucky Rabbit and they have to created a new character, Mickey Mouse.Β

I sometimes even wonder why Famous Studios didn't even have the brains to create something new rather than what HB, WB, Disney, and a few other companies had at the time. I wonder to myself why did those rip-off kind of characters even existed in cartoon history?

Oh. The fat, blue cat with the big red nose that chases after three cockroaches because he hates cockroaches. It's kind of that have a cat chases after cockroaches instead of mice and rats like cats usually do. Did you know that the cockroaches were named after three of the members of theΒ legendary punk rock band, The Ramones? Probably the show's creator was a huge Ramones fan.Β
