That would be interesting and cool that they did put Felix the Cat in any Epic Mickey games, they can't because unlike Oswald and Mickey, Felix isn't owned by The Walt Disney Company. May have put Felix's lookalike, Julius from The Alice Comedies in any of future games because he's owned by The Walt Disney Company plus he was also created by Walt Disney and Ub Iwerks before they created both Oswald and Mickey.
