Alright, so I got trapped by Dexter. I might have taken some artistic liberties with the design. I tried my best to keep the concept as true to the original as possible.

So what is with the drawing? Well, usually when I draw characters that are not mine I get a bunch of paper and start doodling notes and things and a bunch of raw poses. I got from the reference that he is a quite action character so wanting to have all his body show I put him into a pose similar to this and then I thought "Funny, it's almost as if he is avoiding to touch the ground...Oh gasp! The floor is lava!" And then I made the floor lava literally. And then I made him not care about it much. And that is it. Magical.
