It came from a roleplay between me and Eraine I RPed as Jazz, she was CW, and it just kinda happened. I took what happened in the RP as the basis for my "Time Management" fic, so this awesome pic works as a sort of flashback sorta thing.

Oh wow, thank you! And that's so cool, I can't believe it inspired that! That is so neat, because I actually sort of thought of that when I saw it, but I didn't connect the two at all, I just thought it looked really cool and gave the picture a nice feel because the night sky just sometimes does that. ^_^ Ehehe, that made my night though, thanks for mentioning it. *squees as well*

Haha, no, I meant not to draw it actually, but thanks for letting me know because I definitely forget details and stuff sometimes. (For example, I almost forgot to color the *clock*. I specifically decided to color it last, just sort of symbolically I guess, and then I almost forgot!) But yeah, I sort of liked the way he turned out with just the expression in his eyes, and decided to leave him that way. He's just supposed to be sort of sad, and stunned.

Oh, and he's checking on Jazz because he's worried about her. There's this whole backstory that =illucian and eraine, a friend of hers came up with- when Clockwork was in another form, as a way of keeping an eye on Danny, he met Jazz and ended up falling in love with her, and she with him. But when he finally revealed who he really was, that he was a ghost, she pushed him away, because she was scared and worried he was just going to use her, like Johnny 13 did- even though she still loved him. And he sees she's in such pain, but he can't do anything because he doesn't want to betray her wishes and...it's just all very complicated and sad. But anyway, thank you for the comment!

Thanks carbon! That really means a lot, because your art is awesome (and everyone should go look at it, too!), and also because you don't really even watch DP. ^_^ But yeah, hehe, I spent a while deliberating about how to do the light (the actual original colored one is a lot brighter than this) so that it would look right for the setting and stuff, so I really appreciate that.

*laughs* Haha, and a crackpairing is just a really sort of bizarre sounding pairing that sort of doesn't make within the show, but does. (I can't think of any really good ones for KP at the moment- its not necessarily sickwrong, just kind of odd to think of at first.) I actually hadn't heard the term used before =illucian used it to refer to this one, but I think it makes a lot of sense.

haha thanks. yeah its true I don't watch that show but some of the art from it is cool (even if I don't get it all) anyway- I like how it looks dark personally, also the expressions tell a good story even if I don't know the characters that well
