The swap has somehow put the Mad Titan, Thanos in the body of Jane Foster, a mere mortal human. However that doesn’t stop him from his goal to balance the universe, in fact it made him more determined than ever.

Fortunately for Thanos, and unfortunate for the rest of the universe, Jane Foster’s body had bonded with one of the Infinity Stones before, the Reality Stone. Which gives her, and Thanos by proxy an affinity with one of the six.

With this knowledge, Thanos managed to find the Reality Stones before anyone else. And with the power to control reality, it won’t be long before he’s back on the game.
