It was one of the expositions on the festival of lights, I believe it had to bring awareness to life of hens that live in cages.
In practice, people could walk among the empty cages with the light bulbs occasionally turning on and off, smoke being send in, and constantly hearing the loud recorded sound from the environment. I dare say it was rather an anxious experience.
