Old Man Snake- Once a proud soldier of the Enclave, Snake found himself at the wrong end of a super mutant raid. Those hoping to see the Master's plan to continue targeted Snake for his "pure humanity"; when he awoke he had already changed, but luck had favored him as he escaped the super mutant run facility during an NCR raid and began the long tedious trip back to his station at camp Navarro, only to find it desolated and picked clean by the NCR and Brotherhood. The Enclave no more, and permanently altered, he wandered east of the Mojave and found an alcove where he would live as a guide with his trusty Yao Guai companion: Archie.

Legate Han- A no nonsense leader of the North Eastern lance of the Legion's now burgeoning empire. Bearing the Sigil of the fearsome Lanius, Legate Han was appointed personally by the Legion's second ruler Augustus to oversee the development of the Northern frontier among sections of Legion occupied Utah and Wyoming. Despite a shaky peace existing between them and the NCR since the disaster at Hoover Dam, Republic frontiermen have been expanding closer and closer to their territory, tensions between the NCR and the Legion will boil over eventually

The Duke- Who was he? Lawman gone bad? Chain ganger? War criminal? Nothing aside from his name as "the Duke" is known about this man. Named aptly for his typically odd appearance, he runs a gang of deputized lawmen given out by the NCR to help "tame" the North eastern frontier. The Duke cares little for the NCR, or the Legion, what he wants? Only he knows... But, he is the last creature you would want to see in the wasteland, because anything else would just kill you.
