I just fell and fell. The darkness of this crypt seemed to spin around me, faster and faster.
I heard the Count's words, dripping like sweet honey over the last remains of my consciousness. Why I came here, I forgot. What I had intended to do, I forgot.
I lay there, underneath my ex-boyfriend, who had died and come back to something different than life. I felt his kisses on my skin, looked into his deeply red eyes gleaming with desire.
Velkan's face, his strong embrace, seemed to slip from my memory, sinking into the deep and boiling ocean of the feeling Markus woke in me. I knew what he would do. I knew what the Count wanted him to do. I wouldn't see the sunlight again.
And I didn't care. I just lay there and waited for his dark kiss to take me into the abyss of eternity...
