Description
Now I want to clarify some things. For me Tsunade is a deep and complicated character, not just "drinking tsundere" stereotype. She is in a deep depression now after her beloved died in her hands. If you know what it is - you won't judge her. If you don't know what it is - please, refrain from the judgement.The next will be soon, because it is tied with this one closely, and then there will be a small break, probably.

I feel like just the small expression of Shizune covering her mouth after what Minato says shows not only how shocked and surprised she was, but how much she's sure it hurt Tsunade as well. If Tsunade is still in the village, then that means what happened is probably still very fresh and the pain is pretty much near the surface at this point.

I agree with you on Tsunade. In my opinion, she's one of the greatest female characters Kishimoto had created in "Naruto."

Glad to see you addressing her drinking issue as more than just a stereotype drinker. Depressions can take years and years to break, and people deal with them in different ways; Tsunade deals with it by drinking.
