First of all i really like the technique you used here of combining BallPoint Pen with Color Pencils, first time i see a drawing like this and i have to admit that it looks great.

Ah, wow, that is an amazing piece of art, that's for sure. However, that is an entirely different medium: you're drawing traditionally, and that is a digital artwork, correct? It's REALLY difficult to look as professional with a ballpoint pen and paper, but you can try! All I can say is keep practicing. I can't really say I draw well at all, but as long as I keep practicing my writing, I can improve. So it's the same with drawing.
