Description
it was very nice painting something after a long time. I am pretty pleased the result for once there is only one tree,
though i think i have painted scenes with a single tree before. I also added some realistic lighting to those rocks.
thank you for viewing.

Lovely scenery and very well drawing. Composition is excellent and I like the use of light and the contrast between the grey background and the green of the foreground.

thanks, it was a change up. I noticed that areas with alot of water
are not as saturated as say a park or a forrest.

it takes time and patients, it took me a while and 2 years ago environments were my weakest skill set in art.
build your skills slowly and observe and study nature. If you allow nature to teach you, you will see nature isa great teacher.

So very real, reminds me of this place not too far from the cherry blossom festival and the castle outside Shimoda city Japan.

there was a very low set, rectangular shaped, Stone slab table with space for six , one at each end, two for the longer sides.
I had heard from the guide, "Samurai would sit there and talk," when twenty feet away a large dark goose sat up out of the knee high grass. none of us had any idea there was a nest there.
it was beautiful, and likely unchanged since those samurai chatted at the table...

wow, that sounds like a very very nice story.
Its little things like that you know that make a painting take shape.
I had no idea that you had a story like that.

you do amazing work, I would not be surprised if others ask you "if you were at Such-n-Such" all the time.
