The idea of a phantom eeveelution was born listening the song "Candles", sung by The Warblers of "Glee club" telefilm [link] .
^w^ I didn't think about publishing it in this period, but in occasion of the November Event of the I've decided to anticipate the drawing.
These are his informations:

Name: Candleon (candles + eon)
Species: Phantom Pokémon
Type: Ghost
Ability: Cursed Body. It has a 30% chance of disabling the opponent's used move when attacked.
Altezza: 1,0 mt
Peso: 12,5 Kg
Evolves from: Eevee. Playing the bell on the top of the Sky Tower (just above Mistralton City), with Eevee to the first slot and at least a Lampent in team.
Eevee and Lampent will go out of their pokeball, and after their call, a group of wild Litwick will perform around Eevee a song. The little pokémon will evolve in Candleon at the end of the event.

With the evolution, Candleon practically becomes immortal.
For this reason some trainers decide to evolve in this way their Eevee when they are elderly.
You say that at night the solitary song of Candleon is heard on the top of the Sky Tower.

Candleon is characterized by the word яiP on the back, with a perpetual flame on the letter I.
Able to levitate, the little flames around him represent the souls of the dead pokémon.

L'idea di una eeveelution fantasma è nata ascoltando la canzone "Candles" cantata dagli Usignoli del telefilm "Glee club", specie nel ritornello [link] .
^w^ Non pensavo di pubblicarla ora, ma in occasione dell'Evento di Novembre dell' ho deciso di anticipare il disegno.
