Your right, I should put a darker blue in here but as I don't drawing background that much so I'm little quick and impatient with this to be honest. Like ocean and sky looks a little lackie but they at least ended to my liking. As for character, she's actually looking into sky but it can also look like she's watching the ocean.
I rather let people to their free imagenetion.
