Well... interesting story......my internet at home was down, I couldnt get assignments done that I wanted to, and no way of being on DA or anything else... I procrastinated, it got late and I started a record of doingΒ what I intended to be a speed paint. Well it was already late and I dont really remember much of the process apart from the start, and at the end, barely remembering what I was doing just that I had finished it and really wanted to go to bed. Today I have been at a friends place and looked back through the record of the speed paint and it was rather hilarious to watch. I had kept falling asleep through doing it, so dont remember much of actually doing it, so yeah, this was weird and spontaneous.
BUT I HAVE BEEN PRACTICING BACKGROUNDS!
and though not perfect, Im happy with the progress in an actual setting for my dragon ^^Here is the recorded speedpaint HERE
ALSO because of my internet, I doubt Ill be able to have it back until about 3-4days at this rate... *sarcastic* "yay", so this Youtube vid is my way of trying to make up for the fact a LiveStream is highly highly unlikely at this rate.

No its supposed to be at night in like the sandstone formations of china and vientam sort of look, I LOVE those structures, but I have only jsut been getting into back ground work so I need to practice more to communicate the look I intend to who ever is viewing my art better.
And yeah good point, just tried to make it look more wet

Amazing work! Plus, watching the speed paint helped me to notice there were birds in the picture, and that he was crashing into a cliff XD I'm guessing that hes trying to eat the little sparkly navi bird right?
