Heading inside the cave Alina slowly walked towards the direction of the cries she was hearing, she coudn’t help but notice a small blood trail that lead to a deeper part of the cave.
“Crap, whoever is in here is definely wounded...I hope they are okay”
Turning around the corner her heart sank as she caught sight of Emily, curled up and shivering in the shadows. Naked and with blood in her mouth and hands, Emily looked up with tear-streaked eyes, startled by the sudden appearance of her wolfgirl friend.
Alina gasped as she rushed to her side worried.
“Emily! What happened? Why are you covered in blood?! Are you okay?!”
Through sniffles and sobs Emily spoke briefly.
“A-alina...I-I’m...”
Alina's eyes softened with empathy as she carefully embraced her friend, offering warmth and comfort.
“Shh shh it’s okay Em, I’m here now”
Alina checked Emily's body for injuries and found nothing, but she was still worried as she had blood on her face and hands. She patted Emily's head and crouched down next to her friend.
“Where have you been Emily? Me and Lautrec were worried!”
