Alright your total, this is including points.
There are some.adopts you absolutely cannot pay with points. Those you'll need to sort out yourself. 
This is also including the mother and cub adopt you were interested in.
Total: $30.52
This is not including this adopt either. Pay the points all through the comm widget.
Pay the PayPal through send money -> pay for an item -> no address needed -> Only put your username in the desc.
If you wish to add her to your total itd be a flat of 250 - mother and 1 cub, if you want the other cubs total it up then half it.
