Description
Finished up the Toriel sketch. Toriel is the co-founder of Rapture, building it alongside Asgore. The two ended up focusing on different things however, Asgore’s attention turning to the populace while Toriel doted on the children, assisting in the development of the ‘Little Children’ (aka Little Sisters) alongside Alphys.
The first test subject to this mental conditioning was none other than her own adopted child, Chara, the first Little Child to be made.

I know nothing about Bioshock, but I do think Toriel look nice in that outfit. It seems just "proper" enough that Toriel could believably wear it.

Thanks! ^^ that was actually something I actively thought of while designing the outfit. Also totally recommend checking out Bioshock, either playing it or watching silent playthroughs, it's a really great game with an amazing story.
