Yeah, it does, or a place similar. But my idea was to have it set in a Rapture like city.

So how did it start from the beginning. How did Rapture come to be in this AU?

I didn't really think all that in depth about it. I think the most I got in backstory is that the Dreemur's started the project, this including Asriel and Chara, and they're the major backers behind this version of Rapture. Meanwhile Frisk acts as the main protagonist thrust into this world.
