4 years it's been, since the umbrin were created, four long and hard years. and now that i have a deviant art account, umbrin world is celebrating umbrin's fourth birthday by hosting a umbrin adoptable's contest starting on the 30th of September... so yep

now let me tell you a story
a long time ago, 4 years to be exact, a young boy was just starting school. as it was the first few days the teachers would ask all the students questions. this boy stumbled upon one question which he answered without hesitation, what was his favorite animal. he told the teacher " a plumbed basilisk and a wolf," the boy couldn't decide which animal he liked more so he just said both. but even after that question he began to think what was his favorite animal. that night the boy though "maybe i should make a creature that was both a wolf and a basilisk" so he did, though he seemed to ignore the basilisk's attribute's and went with a more Dino like style, with wolf traits. he called it a LUNAR RAPTOR, because it was kind of like a raptor and kind of like a wolf. he then went into school with this new book called the secret's of doom, where he drew all his lunar raptor pictures and species. the house lunar raptor, the acid spitting lunar raptor, the common lunar raptor and the giraffe eating lunar raptor (nicknamed stargazer). people saw the drawing and said how good of an artist this boy was (though i have no idea how because when i look back, it's absolute poop) so this boy continued with this lunar raptor species , later naming them lunar's and creating a new species called dawn raptor , and dropping the acid spitting lunar raptor. a graphic novel was created in 2009 called extermener ( was going to be exterminator, but that didn't fit on the page, and extermener started to get catchy)
the began getting and better, one day thinking of a lunar apocalypse story that could be written, but due to other story ideas rising up the apocalypse was dropped. in 2011 when one book which contained lunar as very important creatures in it began to be written, the name lunar was changed to umbrin. the boys friend who began writing another book, got permission to use an advanced futuristic species of umbrin in his book GAEZE. though the two writers wanted to combine the reason umbrin had somehow got on earth since they were native to zyla, and that's when the umbrin apocalypse idea came back into place, this time with a much better story and named pandemic. new species such as the drackel hound (based off the dawn raptor) arboreal umbrin and other umbrin sub species were made during 2012 and are still today.
