Description

This was 12 years overdue. This is one of my oldest characters, I wanted to fix his appearance to look more like his description.

This is one of four OC characters created in the early 90s together with my best friend.

Vincent belongs to a brotherhood that comes from south america this contains:

Slavador - Comes from Central America

Picasso - Comes from Brazil

Rembrandt - Comes from Aruba

Vincent - Comes from Mexico

So what happened to them?

Vincent was a normal sea turtle whom was drenched in radioactive waste that some people were dumping in the water.

This caused him to mutate and migrated out of the sea and into the mexican jungles and later on he ran across a blind elder man who was almost killed by a tree falling over.

Vincent saves the man who appears to be a master at Lucha Libre and to show his gratitude he trains Vincent so that the turtle could help defending the forest from people who are only out to destroy it by cutting it down and dumping toxic wastes into the water.
