This is one of four OC characters created in the early 90s together with my best friend. Picasso belongs to a brotherhood that comes from south america this contains:
Slavador - Comes from El Salvador
Picasso - Comes from Brazil
Cortez - Comes from Aruba
Vincent - Comes from Mexico

What happened to him?
Picasso was just a regular river turtle in the amazon river.
He swam into toxic waste that came from machines in process of cutting trees down.
As a result he mutated and became a humanoid.
He was taken in by a native tribe who thought he was a forest spirit.
They taught him how to navigate the forest and how to use a bow and arrow.
He is a big animal friend and therefor he is a vegetarian.
