I'll refrain myself from repeating what everyone has already said (that they are too cute). So I'll say that it was a very kind and loving thing Fuji-kun did for Tezuka! 
I wonder how he managed to get a leave that big though, and why was Tezuka under the rain in first place?

Fujifuji would do anything for his buchou =w=
they are super super deformed. so it's not the leave that's big, they are small.
tezuka was in the rain because he so happened to be outside and it started raining.
the markers themself aren't all that amazing. the lightening and shading from psp7 does most of the work.

Fuji can be a little creepy, but people usually make him a lot scarier then he actually is >.> he's really just a cute kindhearted boy.

that's not evilness to others, that's kindness to yuuta D||
he rather avoided mizuki then to pick a fight when everyone was fighting over ann. and even though he was defeated by shiraishi, he went to play a match of doubles with him after, in another story. he has never bothered akaya outside of the court either, dispite what he said about tachibana and tezuka. and he treated jirou normally, even though he was angry over taka-san. Fuji might be vengious, but he never takes it outsidde of the court.
