Prowl, the water to powder ratio does not need to be exact my baby brother took it just fine when I added too much water or too much powder! Sparkling crying. Feed the poor thing you perfectionist! I know that Prowl is really stics about everything and has to make sure that everything is JUST right. But....isn't he taking a little to long? Poor Blue must be so hungry and maybe Somkescreen should make the energon milk from now on? Or at lest wack Prowl on the head for taking so long.
