This is Rasputin from Don Bluth's Version of Anastasia. He is one of my favorite cartoon villians since he is hilarious and his song was awsome (It's #6 in Nostalgic Critic's top 11 villian songs). But yea its been a while since I've seen the movie as I grew up watching it when I was 6 years old as well as other Don Bluth's movies.Related content
