Image I did for some one. (Christmas Present)Programs used:
Microsoft Paint
and Inkscape
(Inkscape runs dreadfully slow. Probably wont use it again)

It is very nice, and the colors are good for the person, but I would have used a different color for the background (depending on the mood you want to give).
