personality shows a lot through this image, motherly and caring but possibly curious she's either done this many times or she's doing it now WHO KNOWS I CERTAINTY DON'TΒ

Yes, again I chose to implement a rule that no non-echidna characters be posted to the group unless the context of the picture be set in the present day in the ruins of the Echidna civilizations. Again as far as anyone knows Echidnas may well have been the single only Sonic race of their age, save for perhaps birds. Also obviously, if the Ancient Echidna Civilizations do not relate at all to the picture posted, it shouldn't be there.

Could you educate me on details such as: Will a submission go into the group if it's a one-off character as an ancient? Like an oc put into an ancient Au or outfit as one-time thing.

Ideally the characters would be recurring, but I suppose I would be happy for AU, so long as it matches the tone of everything else. Also no changing the species of official characters to fit the group, it would be rather disingenuous if someone was to create Shadow the Echidna and would overall bring the tone of the group down. The more creative the concept the better. Lastly though I never got round to starting work on this, I should very much like to see some Chinese inspired Echidnas. For example my character here
Finally this probably hasn't been made clear yet but I would also love to see more in the way of actual historically accurate civilization architecture and tools/toys from those civilizations, such that the group is at least in some way tied to reality and the group overall becomes like a history museum. For example if someone was to look up Egyptian fashions or children's toys and upload those same fashions worn or toys played with by Echidnas that would be awesome.

Understood. Thats true. Yes, I did have a read on some of the folders. One for fictional ancients that are completely invented, and the others being based on existed civilisations, like this Chinese echidna.Β Pretty neat. Oh, and the one your friend owns. I like that other ancients are included. Some I find more interesting than others, but I'm still pretty open to things. I've just started playing chronicles myself, so I can learn a bit and hopefully become inspired.Β I do like these standards. I usually try to do some research on what would be plausible or at least semi accurate for Mayans when thinking about my own mayan fcs. I admit I'm not the best with history. I'm excited to start getting right into echidnas again.

And yes, I always envisioned this group having an educational edge, such that it appeals both to Sonic fans and fans of history in general, so its like a museum where all the subjects are Echidnas. I have to admit after talking about it with you I find myself wanting to contribute as well as looking forward to seeing how the group turns out with you guys in charge ^^ all the best to you both!!
