So late at night for me...
Saw this line-art while I was surfing around.
Just had to color him.
This took less then 3 hours. As well as it is 23 layers to color in. Normally I would have taken days to complete things...This was so simple to color I loved it.
First time I drew rain and I tired to make water effects on Luffy, you know to make it seem like he's getting wet out there...To me, it looks like I fail at it...Anyways I hope you guys like it ^^
