Description
Yay~!! Jumping on the Permafusion Ref Sheet, but I've had this fusion planned for a long time so... Agh. HERE SHE IS AT LAST~!!Gem: Chrysoprase
Given Name: Praise
Component A: Aquamarine (Que)
Component B: Topaz (Paze)
Size: Half a head taller than Opal
Rank: Arch Knight
Weapon: Butterfly Cleaver
Abilities:
The Power of Flight~) Although her wings are rather small after Fusion, they still allow to float and hover.
Weakness~) Considering how much bigger Praise is than either of her Components, she is unable to fly long distances, and mostly uses her wings to further boost her speed.
Intense Speed~) With the boost of her wings, Praise is able to move over medium distances with incredible speed and precision. Using her wings as fins, she is able to make sharp turns and deadly pivots that other gems of her speed are unable to make, giving her an edge over most other quick soldiers.
Weakness~) With the new found ability of making sharp turns, Praise as a fusion has overcome Paze's weakness in regards to this ability.
Unwavering~) Born from an affirmed promise, Praise is unshakable as a fusion. She can not be disturbed, or swayed from her own agenda, and believes her own perception to be absolute. Therefore, breaking the connection between her components is nearly impossible.
Weakness~) Because Praise is so certain of her components, she can be a bit boar headed, and unreasonable. Even if a problem could be handled by her separate parts better, she will resist coming undone until every single option has been laid out and tested.
History: Que and Paze had fled Homeworld after the loss of their mutual lover, Taz. Without her, Paze was unable to function within the system of Homeworld, leaving her vulnerable and under risk of being shattered as well. Upon their escape they were followed to a shipping bay, where the pair planned to steal a star ship. Que had lost her wand long before this battle, and was barely able to fight the gems that came after them; Paze herself was emotionally crippled, but managed to surface from her depression long enough to grab Que out of harm's way, and initiate their first fusion.
Having successfully escaped the clutches of Homeworld, the two roamed the galaxy for many years before coming across any intelligent life. It would be nearly a century before they happened upon any other gems, and came to fuse once again. This time, however, Praise remained in control and managed to subdue her subconscious components. She remained in this state for several years, meditating on the emotional turmoil between Paze and Que, and the loss of Taz. She acted as something of a mediator; Que was able to forgive herself for putting the Topaz twins in harm's way, and Paze was able to forgive Que in tandem. They unfused sometime after this, only so they could work these feelings out face to face, instead of within the mind of their fusion.
By the time they had come to Kiron, they were more or less a Permafusion, spending large quantities of time as Praise. Their fusion served as a way to give Que power again, ability to defend herself and the one she loved. In turn, Paze was able to feel whole again, within a fusion, and could let go of Taz and accept Que.
Personality: Praise is not a particularly social gem, though this doesn't mean she is unapproachable. Willing to share a quiet place with another, or simply be there to listen, Praise would prefer to not offer her two cents. She isn't particularly tactful, and sometimes her comments may come across as a bit casual or insensitive, despite her best efforts.
Enhanced Characteristic: Praise is much more balanced than either of her component gems; she is not easily brought to sadness or anger, and remains in a near constant state of tolerably content.

This is pretty cool.
Now, stupid question: if my Serpentine (an assassin, mind you) was sent to poof praise for... Secret reasons, how outmatched would she be?
