So I still need to get caught up on Arrow before I start Flash, but I've been wondering something; what exactly does the Reverse Flash do? Does he run really slowly? Does he run really fast, but backwards?

there are two main reverse flashes:
eobard thawne aka professor zoom
and hunter zolomon aka just zoom
thawne runs super fast like the flash
zolomon slows down time around himself.
so to zolomon its like hes just running normaly while everything is slower.

Ok, it's somewhat hard to tell for sure due to the mask and eyes, but it really looks like Tom Cavanagh beneath that mask. So stoked for the next half of Season 1
