Phew, this took mondo long time boys and girls, so I hope you enjoy it!Before I start, let me show you my inspiration.
Pokedex entry
Honchcrow (Diamond): Becoming active at night, it is known to swarm with numerous MURKROW in tow.
Honchcrow (Pearl): It makes its MURKROW cronies bring it food. It idles its time away, grooming itself in its nest.
So, we see that Honchcrow likes to be the boss, and I decided to depict (Poor little Murkrows...).
This is my entry for 's contest, please understand that this weekend has been a family emergency, so that's why I am so late in delivering my contest piece. I managed to draw this in my sketchbook in the couple minutes I had in the hospital waiting room...yes, one of my relatives is in the hospital.
Anyway back to Honchcrow and his Murkrows. I gave this contest alot of thought, and couldn't think of something original, AND, that didn't depict PIPLUP, PRINPLUP, or EMPOLEON pokemon on ice (I have drawn them too many times, they are great pokemon, but I need to work on other pokemon)
I am glad they gave Murkrow an evolution, he was too cool to pass up on.

Well, our house was perfectly fine, which we were happy about, but our backyard was a disaster. But we're working on cleaning it up. And yesterday when we got back, we were without power, but we got it back yesterday afternoon. So we're fine, but others aren't, sadly. Ike hit some places pretty good.

Yeah, I know...its no wonder why Honchcrow looks well and doesn't have ruffled feathers..because he grooms while the slave do his dirtywork...LOL.

lol...but honches r tought XD thats why i caught 1 at the start of diamond XD o.o but then i realised i needed a dusk stone to evolve it and i carried a murkrow all the way to 52 XD.this is good thought ...ur back ground skills r marvelous o.o (jealous look XD)

Well, other than a family emergency,
I guess you could say I am ok. Don't worry though, I will make it.
I am pretty slow when it comes to releasing deviations now days because I am busy, and when I draw I spend alot of time on it to make sure its ok.

Based on the pokedex entries, I felt that Honchcrow is selfish and a demanding boss. It seems self-proclaimed too, as he orders Murkrows to get food for him (Talk about laziness).
I feel for the underlings too! Someday one of them will evolve into a honchcrow and show that boss WHO's boss!! LOL.
