The annoying part is that the suits are designed for long-term wear, so they have special plugs to remove wastes in those outfits. Annoying quartermasters will often order one a size larger for women who are being really annoying to them. Those women then have to do a ten mile route march to help them get used to the new suit parts, with the larger plug inside them wiggling back and forth every step.
Other custom suit fitters redesign the interior of the chest so it feels like a pair of hands, so every breath they take makes it feel like someone is gently squeezing them.

The punishment for being a annoying clone is a larger plug insert to be sure; but the use of larger plugs also denotes seniority and time-in-service also. Even though they are clones and wear the same uniform; once back at base, the girls know who's in charge as they prepare for the ubiquitous mass bath they do together!
Unfortunately, the chest filters are in a prototype phase; when working properly, they do indeed feel like hands gently squeezing them. Due to abuse or a bad tweaking during initial fittings; what is a gentle squeeze often becomes a full on breast massage and nipple tweaking! The clones that do have that problem do not inform the quartermaster of such malfunctions for some reason. The clones that have this malfunctioning suit are usually the ones with the larger plug inserts too; funny how that works out.

That armor would be kinda cool. If it weren't for the grossly unrealistic boobs. Armor doesn't work that way.
