Description
Important: Final Whack requires AVS 2.8 or newer, which comes with Winamp 5. To view, start the 'Advanced Visualisation Studio' plug-in, and right-click the display. Choose Final Whack.Hopefully I will have caught you by surprise by releasing this pack. I said there wouldn't be a Whacko AVS VII, and in a way it's still true: this pack was created with a different mindset.
Whacko AVS was about making your eyes jump out of their sockets, Final Whack is about me doing what I want with AVS and creating really weird, wicked presets. Maybe the end result is somewhat similar to Whacko AVS, but I still think there's a difference.
Some presets will be quite slow, some will be extremely simple. You probably won't like most of them, but that's okay for me. If it makes you think 'This is not AVS anymore', then good: I don't like blending in homogenously

I never cease to be amazed at the stuff you come out with - you just keep breaking limit after limit. Ironic that, cos my favourite has to be Silk Strings, not as technical but absolutely gorgeous.

Your "low-end" presets would be the cream of the crop in any other pack.
Certainly a much more polished and stylish pack that the original whacko series (no offence).
Favs were VJ Chmutov, Liscence to chill, tokyo bullet, silk strings, trip and drive, Sesmogrid and fibre optics. And the rest of the packs.

yum (intro) - now here's some advertising that never lies
blueprint isometrica - i also like this, the colars are nice, the tiles are nice, i also like the new gradients, very nice done
isometrica - i like this almost as much as the blueprint version. but still very nice
rainbow ball - the metaball dm is nice, i love the colors, rainbow acid is the best thing i know, very nice done
goldie - nice beatresponse and i like how shiny it is.
goolicious - ooh, look why gooey it is, so ooey-gooy, well ok, i like but it's still like yet another metaball dm preset, but i like it, the lighting thing is also nice
license to chill (007) , hmm, is this miss happy? (if it's her then i do wonder why she is dating such an fat & ugly bloke
daedalus - i think this is one of my fav's in this pack, the scopes and the spacey feel & the colors, (i love white & light colorhues), makes this a wonderful creation. fav #1
insane architect (rehash) - how alive and full of energy, i love it, the " burning" makes this preset nice, plus the colors are nice
stick around - hmm, solid & blurry texture together, i love it,
the shadow effect is nice.
seismogrid - oh yeah!!!!!! this is another fav in this pack, just marvelous, so nice, and the colors. fav #2
fiber optics - omg, the tunnel is so nice, so speedy & so alive, i love it.
rusty curls (shadeblobs remix) - i like it, the colors are nice, the gradient & the work on the curls is nice,
phoenix - more simple eyecandy, the bump work is nice done, the colors is also nice.
come fly with me - /me tries to figure out if theer's a way to get into this preset, dammit, you can't enter the digital world, buuuuuh, well i LOVE this one, the cartoonish feel & the sky is so nice & calm, fav #3.
vj chmutov - i don't understand most of the technicachal preset, but i must do say that the 3d work is so nice, i really want to know how you can do this, it looks so unreal. fav #4
hello light - hmm, more technical eye candy, i love it, the beams makes this such an wonderful creation.
silk strings - when unconed first showed me (and the others @ #finnish-flash) i was amazed, it looked so complex but also so simple. i love it
bipolar - it's very in your face and i dunno, i like it but it's not my cup of tea. (sorry)
tokyo bullet, what can you say more than WOW, i mean like WOW, when unconed first showed us the fisrt versions of this @ #finnish-flash, we'd already knew that this one would be one of highlights, i mean look at it, is this really avs? i also like the reality addons for this like the speed changes in the incline and all of the inversions. and the other elements are so nice, plus the framerate, it hits 32 in 1024x768, that is like absolutely amazing, (unuseles trivia: i have made a similar clone of this in rct). fav #5
elevation (claustrophobia hybrid) - wow, i mean like wow, the dm, the fog, the effects. it's so lovely. (i won't babble as much about this one like i babbled about tokyo bullet) fav #6
don't tip and drive - unconed showed us also this one in #finnish-flash and i was so amazed, i love how it rememembers the map and the new colorcode makes this preset nice, (plus it's so nice to go into manual mouse mode and play with it yourself)

around the world - nice flagwork, the blue in the swedish flag is a wee bit to dark but i fixed that in my nationalistic re-edit.
overall: 9.5/10

You are god unconed. I'm not going to go all in detail, but there are only a couple in here I don't absolutely love - Phoenix is the only one that comes to mind.
Goolicious with the DM grid put up to 100x100 was awesome looking - ran at 20FPS on my computer at 332x285(weird resolution do my gay computer).
Will fav in a few days.

oh my... not only you're good at the technical side, but awesome at the visuals as well. love this pack, some great ideas executed flawlessly, and technical goodness all the way. some favorites:
- license to chill: the dance routines are awesome, nice background too.
- daedalus: nice abstract look, cool details.
- seismogrid: so smooth and shiny, really nice wavy movement.
- come fly with me: i automatically thought highwind when i saw this one... those who played final fantasy vii should know what i'm talking about. really nice look in this one.
- silk strings: this would make a cool wallpaper, i love it.
- tokyo bullet: one of the most complex, yet good looking this i've seen in avs, together with silk strings. congratulations.
- don't trip and drive: the voxel terrain looks so smooth... it's awesome, really.

*Yum! (Intro) - really stily, and the commercial look make it really nice.... yummmy indeed!
*Blueprint - Isometrica - well, kinda messy presets, but i like colors and the 3d feeling of it, though many might not notice that...
*Isometrica - somehow i like it more than bluebrints... maybe its the transparency
*Rainbow Ball - great preset , movement and sound responce are just amazing... and i even like colors
*Goldie - Amainzg sound responce, i love the way shine came out... like it was supposed to... i think... great spectrum preset and really technical aswell
*Goolicious - whittaker just rocks too much. great preset, ugly edge sucks it up little, but its ok. Maybe colors could be better? oh yea, nice work with lightning.
*007 License to Chill - well well, if this is miss happy... then i know how mister happy got hes name. Deamn how well she dances, most of the "dancer plugins" for winamp get ownd by her, only thing i dont like is the ugly edges of hands... sad that Justin hasent fixed "hackish" line drawing
*Daedalus - one of my fav. ones, i just LOVE the clean look and abstractness of that preset
*Insane Architect (Rehash) - good music responce and colors.

*Seismogrid - WOOOWWWw.... one of the favourites, amazing use of scopes and texer2
*Fiber Optics - adding speedups and slowdowns would be great for it (ya ya, i know its not easy, but still)

*Come Fly With Me - got to love the cartoon look, nice job with using replace mode
*VJ Chmutov - power of Whittaker is just too great...
