Great design without question! Is it possible that there are some rendering mishaps? My new laptop's big HD display has no mercy. Wondering what it may show when I start to create again

Some borders seem to be a bit rough and/or dented. Had a lot of trouble with this when I briefly used Fractal Explorer, no matter the render settings. I have no idea about MB3D, so please correct me if I'm mistaken.

I've noticed the same on some other artists' works. It looks just fine on my PC monitor, but on an HD screen, you see the flaws. It's contradicting, since these quite new progs should be prepared for these screens. The are ways to get rid of this, but I don't have a clue. Sometimes, you can correct it with insane render settings, or giving the design more volume, ie more formulas per module. But I'm thinking here of Apophysis. Don't know if it works on MB3D.

In Apophysis or Bryce is relatively easy, though not always works. Hope to get a clue when I decide to try MB3D.

Yesterday started to load some programs in my new laptop. Both Apo versions (2.09 & 7X), Photoshop CS6 and Bryce 7.1 Pro. Couldn't resist playing a bit to get some hold of them. I did download Incendia, but soon shattered my nerves and just uninstalled it. Couldn't also understand why it created a folder in Documents with stuff.
Basically, I think it would be a good idea to work with progs I'm familiar with, to gain momentum, and try something else later.

Could be. But although many wonderful artpieces are created with it, it seems to be the prog in vogue. As you know, I like going against most trends. Anyway, there are almost no limits with my fave progs, and have a lot to learn with them!
