I often turn up heart shapes in 2D fractals, but I didn't know we could make them in M3D... Of course everyone knows it makes trees, vines and other plantlike shapes galore...even in my humble efforts I have run across thoseΒ
I was wondering about flower shapes... True flower shapes (petals AND a convincing center) are rare in 2D; I know folks make them in Incendia and Apophysis but I don't know if they ever turn up in M3D?

Β ZOMFG.....Β Such talented folk around here!! And so where do we get the heartshrubIFS param ?
wow, dA has slowed down to barely a crawl today ! A lot of lonely "non Waltons" deviants around I guess...

Oh yes, I do have M3D, version 1.8.9 but not the very, very latest make... Is it in my version or is it the newest build that you are using? I have looked into my listing but haven't found it...

Ha ha you are using the latest version . When you open MB3D look to your upper left where there are 3 yellow folders , it would be the second folder , right under Save Pic . Click on that and it will open the preinstalled parameters . Scroll down to difs heart shrub hope this helps

Yes, you did! That folder is where I keep all my bazillion files that I made myself and can sometimes go back and tweak and improve, although truth to tell, a lot of them probably need to be tossed, lol... But yes, difs heart shrub is right there!! yayz! I've been so independent--"by thunder I will learn this program on my ownsies if it kills me!!" that I actually forgot about the preinstalled params....even in the beginning I was afraid I would not learn anything if I mucked around with someone else's params.... But I do look around dA and see tons of images that apparently were based on Mr Tenny's Spudsville tutorial, which I have been thinking i should get back to... along with a handful of other tuts...

Oh cool then by all means have fun I wish you all the best . I never had luck with those tubers could never fet much out of it for some reason I sucked at it so I moved on to other things
yes , that is the spirit , it is how I got better by not giving up learning by playing around with different formula combinations
