to become a boogeyman first make sure you have three pearls with you.then go through the door of mist and take a right at the meadow of misery.climb up the screaming tree (the one with the eyes others will eat you)there you should find phobeter the god of nightmares. give him the three pearls and BOOM you are a boogeyman

oh okay well for that what you want to do change your diet. mandrakes, make sure that the head is fully developed.its screams will help burn fat. vegetable lambs are good for building muscles. though the wool is a pain to shave off.
if you don't like mandrakes and vegetable lambs,i would suggest joining Ares gym. his work out classes are great,that is if you can get pass his attitude.Hades is no near as bad as Ares.
