well He would be designed off of my zodiac which is Cancer the crab, He would be a mixture of blues and white the white part would look like sea foam and he would have tentacles that look like seaweed going down his back, The hands would be actually capable of changing between claws normal hands also he would have a few spots of Barnacles on his arms and legs and he would have a crown made out of coral on his head.
That is all i can think of for him.
edit: actually forgot one detail, since he'd be off my zodiac he would also have the symbol which is basic the number 69 on him some place.
