Pride, the leader of the sins. he is the only one who is able to summon gremlins to do his bidding he can turn them in to any weapon he wishes ( mainly big guns), uses them to attack mortals and also to keep an eye on the other sins while he makes his plans.Pride want the world to bow at his feet and he has a clever plan on how to do this. he will try to gain the trust of the mortal and have them crown him their ruler. to do this he will try to ruin the Virtues reputation.he'll try to over whelm them with thugs he hired and the sins wrecking havoc on the mortals.while that is happening, Pride goes out at night to look for warriors to make in to his legionaries.
to make sure that they are loyal to him he tries to convince the mortal to sign a contract to give up their free will. Pride tells them that there is no point in having free will when you are told what to do for most of your life. he tells them that if the give up their free will that he will give them powers beyond their wildest dreams. he also tells them that they must give up their eyes so they can no long be tricked by illusions. if they keep their eyes there a chance that they can break his spell. but the contract will only work if the mortal who wishes the power for selfish means. if the mortal wishes power for good the contract wont allow them to sign and Pride cant get their free will. before Pride would kill those who either wouldnt or couldnt sign. that is until one manage to get away. he tried to warn the others of Pride, but because of the description he gave them they were unsure. he told them that when he first met him that Pride had gentleman like manner and would speak in a calm and soothing voice .sins are not know to act like this towards any living thing. because of this and that he met him at night the others think he's confuses and that he mistaken a vampire for a sin. so because of the this Pride would just them so they can spread rumors and bring panic. little do they know evil Pride can be .
he tortures his gremlins and the sins if they fail a mission. its not uncommon to find a gremlin with missing limbs. the terrifying thing about him is that he tells them he only does this because he cares. he tells them that if he were show any forgiveness for there failure he would be only hurting them, telling them that they would become soft and be easily killed by mere mortals. to make them strong he must torture them . the other sins have a hard time believing this when he laughs while he does it. out of all of the sins Envy receive it the worst. Pride finds to be an insult that such a small and weak thing could be a sins. the only one that is immune to his cruelty is the gremlin that he turned into a mirror name Vanity. Pride often talks to Vanity but it never responds. the other sins wonder whether it speaks to him through its minds or if Pride is simply mad.
what makes pride so strong is that while the others can absorb only either negative or positive energy, Pride can absorb both. the praise he get from his gremlins and legionaries or the cures from his enemies gives him strength. he could care less of what you think of him but the one thing he cant stand is being ignored. he it thrown it to a rage if he know he is being ignored. this is the real reason on why he ripped Lust's heart. since they were so busy making love with each other the didnt pay much attention to Pride. Pride only told the other sins the lie about the plot to over throw him only to show them what he will do if any of them were to ever betray him.
