Raijo the Stormbringer

She keeps track of storms and other Stormbringers. Insuring the balance of nature is kept, bringing rain, and scorching forests to allow new healthy tree to grow.

But there are times where she must deal with Stormringers who neglects their duty or wreck havoc on the world. If need be she will do battle with them, but this is a last resort because the battle will bring about devastating storms and floods to that area.
If she must battle she send out messenger to warn the people so they may escape unharmed.

She has been dealing with a pair of twin Stormbringer to the west who have been harassing mortals, and been hearing rumors of the return an ancient Stormbringer seeking vengeance against those who imprisoned him.
