3. Wait for the curious crowd to gather just in front of the portal.
4. Shoot blue portal right under the crowd's feet.

They'll probably just land a bit further away from the wall if you that. Also they'll probably die.

If they start by standing close enough to the wall, they should have quite a few good cycles before it throws them out of the bottom portal's boundaries. And when that happens - oh well, next neighborhood? XD

To prolong your pleasure and greatly delay - possibly even avert - most fatalities: shoot both portals at the ground, one next to the other. It's like a seesaw, for a whole horde of people... just without the seesaw! :
