Description
Fallen through the storm.Swallowed the eternal iceberg.
Frozen in a decaying shell.
I had fallen through the storm. Not knowing at the time what lies on the other side and fearing for my life, I made the safe choice.
It offered me the eternal iceberg. It opened its hand and there it lay in its palm – it was so pure and tempting. Once I swallow it, it said, I'll be impervious and my safety will be guaranteed. There was a catch, however: Once I swallow the eternal iceberg, there's no going back.
The safe choice was the wrong choice. Impervious I remained. Impervious to touch, impervious to growth.
And now I am, frozen in a decaying shell. Waiting for it to die out and allow me to be shattered and dispersed.
I hear rumors of a flame. A special flame that can melt the eternal iceberg. But how can I go on a quest to find it, being frozen? And if I do find it, how will I live on? I was just a child when I went into this coma. Won't waking up so many wasted years later be just too painful to take?

that's why I stay inside with the heat on as much as I can.
