You're right, she's as good as captured now. Maybe it's karma for licking that cat, even if she wasn't planing to eat the cat or harm it.
Now she could end up being in the cat's place and being licked by a giantess instead. That is if that's the kind of thing that giantess likes.
Personally you wouldn't catch me licking micros. I'd probably be more of a gentle giant in real life.
