i see a mostly hidden blue and white cross in the background. it could be a street sign indicating that there is a hospital nearby. the foreground, in the lower center, where there is a lot of "noise" and what seems to be several random circles. it makes me think that the family is chaotic and like most families, a bunch of people who happened to be products of the same parents, thrown together and forced to pretend they like each other. (that's what my family is like.)
