Description
Giro. I'm not a cycling fan, but it does offer hours of free and constant background noise for blocking out neighborly noises, and without any horribly annoying ads in between. That's something one doesn't expect our American friends to even be able to imagine.Related content

I'm fine-ish, thank you. Currently not too art-involved though. How's life in the northern darkness, does winter depression affect you at all? (me: not in the slightest, I get the summer blues instead)

Here in NL, the sky is in fact the bluest in winter, especially when it freezes outside. In the summer it's a milky pale blue from all the exhaust fumes and pollen and other crap. You will never ever get to see a deep blue sky like thisΒ reka.ch/SiteCollectionImages/Rβ¦Β over here, except on (increasingly rare) freezing cold winter days with a strong northerly wind. Did I tell you I've been on the North Cape in June as a child? That was pretty cool, and pretty scary, to my mother at least, because the bus drivers over there drive like complete idiots! It's the only holiday I've ever had where I associate fair weather with feeling good about existence (and the weather was indeed great most of the time).
